Low-Fat Dairy Products are They That Bad ?

It's been suggested in a study that this possibly now might be the case, scientists aren't exactly sure where the benefit does come from, but have commented that eating some low-fat dairy products in your diet might be of benefit to you.

"If you like to eat dairy products, you may be better off watching the fat content," said Dr. Luc Djousse, lead author of the study and associate epidemiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, in Boston. "Low-fat dairy products may be better than full dairy products, where the saturated fat especially is high," Djousse said".

In the study that was done in a study that was done, they were looking for, links between blood pressure and low-fat dairy products, 4979 people took part in the survey, which consisted of four groups of people, of which those ate more than three servings per day of said dairy product which included yoghurt, cheese, milk.

The people who were eating the dairy products, blood pressure was lower than those who wasn't, so it would seem that if you eat dairy products that are considerably lower in saturated fat, then they shouldn't be any reason why you shouldn't eat them. It's quite amazing sometimes how these things come to light they don't always make much sense. I dare say a lot of people have no dairy products in there diet whatsoever. So for those people here is some good news indeed.
