Salmon with poached eggs:

The great thing about eggs is the preparation time is very quick a boiled egg say for instance, only takes five minutes to cook roughly. The preparation time for this meal is five minutes and cooking time is roughly 10 minutes, so again ideal if you're in a bit of a rush and don't have much time.

The ingredients are:

Two salmon steaks a hundred grams each, bag of spinach, and two eggs.

Put the salmon steaks in microwaveable dish, cover with film cook on high power for three to four minutes this is based on a 650w oven, turning once during the process, leave this to stand while you poach the eggs, pierce the bag of spinach and cook on high power for two to three minutes, take the spinach out and drain in a sieve.

Fill a large pan with water to 2 inches depth, add some vinegar and some salt, crack the eggs into the water, once the water starts to simmer, cook eggs for two to three minutes, or longer if you prefer depending on how you like then remove the eggs with a spoon.

Put the spinach onto two plates put the salmon on top and put the poached egg on top of the salmon.

That's it done low-calorie quick nutritious meal in less than 15 minutes.
