Hello blog readers it's speak your weight time again and now I am at the 89kg
(14 stones) (196 pounds) stage now this week so no gain but a slight loss it is hard to see on our scales but it is there. So onward we go here is how it looks ticker wise no real change there because you don't have 0.5kg increments.
